property and maybe unaware of the improvements or condition
of the property.
A computer math model is used by tax assessment department
to determine the value your property. In processing it uses
information, on your property and others in the neighbourhood
to predict trends and estimates. The system does not predict
accuratly the data as it may not know all of the factors or
differances attributed to each of the sales.
How much time do have to appeal my assessment?
March 31st, is the last day to file for a formal appeal
with the Assessment Review Board (ARB).
